NP Services At Home offers weight loss, peptides, amino acids, vitamin boosts, and anti-aging health systems, along with house calls and telehealth consultations for adults in Miami, Florida. Led by Jolene Hodges, NP, a board-certified adult and geriatric nurse practitioner, we provide evidence-based care for safe, high-quality primary care. Medicare and self-pay patients welcome. Now offering telehealth appointments to Texas!


Jolene worked as a licensed practical nurse before attending Miami Dade College in Miami, Florida for her RN and Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  She earned her Master's degree in  Education (MSN-Ed) and post graduate degree in adult and gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP) from South University in Savannah, Georgia.
